Job Description:
As a Telemarketer for BHX Logistics, you will be making outbound calls to a provided list of manufacturers, promoting our asset-based freight brokerage services. Your primary goal is to set appointments for our Senior Sales Representatives, contributing significantly to the expansion of our client base. This role is pivotal in generating new business opportunities and requires persistence and resilience in handling the challenges of cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce BHX Logistics’ services.
- Schedule appointments with potential clients.
- Notate call details and update statuses in our systems.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Exceptional resilience: Must maintain high energy and a positive mindset while making up to 100 cold calls daily, despite frequent rejections, hang-ups, and hard no’s. This role requires a robust capacity to handle the inherent challenges of telemarketing, where rejection is a common occurrence.
Training:
Paid, in-office training in Sarajevo.
