Night Dispatcher

Night Dispatcher

Royal Blue Services / BHX Logistics

Location: Remote (Bosnia and Herzegovina)
Schedule: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM CEST | 4 days per week (Sunday–Thursday)
Compensation: 2,000–2,700 BAM per month
Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do

This is a defensive, high-responsibility role. As a Night Dispatcher, you are the last line of defense during after-hours operations, covering the network when the rest of the team is offline.

You will spend your shift monitoring active shipments, communicating with drivers and customers, and handling issues as they arise—often independently. The work requires focus, composure, and sound judgment, especially during critical moments.

Here’s the reality of the shift:

  • 40% — Quiet and steady: Monitoring systems, tracking loads, and staying alert

  • 40% — Normal operations: Managing routine updates and communication

  • 20% — High-pressure situations: Multiple issues at once, requiring calm, decisive action

This role is best suited for someone who is disciplined, reliable, and comfortable operating independently while upholding high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Shipments: Track ongoing loads and identify potential delays before they escalate

  • Communicate with Drivers: Respond to calls, texts, and updates with clarity and support

  • Communicate with Customers: Send timely email updates and respond to inquiries professionally

  • Dispatch Loads: Call drivers and coordinate pickup and delivery when new freight is booked

  • Resolve Issues: Handle breakdowns, missed check-ins, delays, and other operational problems efficiently

Our Culture: How We Work and Why It Matters

At Royal Blue Services, our “why” is simple but intentional:

To empower the ambitious to rise.

Rising doesn’t happen by accident. It requires growth—and growth requires a mindset open to learning, feedback, reflection, and accountability.

That’s why we invest heavily in our people.

We invest in:

  • Clear processes and expectations

  • Structured onboarding and paid training

  • Ongoing coaching, one-on-ones, and feedback

  • Alignment around not just what we do, but how and why we do it

In a night role, standards matter even more.
Discipline, ownership, and consistency protect the entire operation while others are offline.

A growth mindset sits at the center of all ten of our core values.

One way we intentionally support growth is through our company book club, where we read and discuss nonfiction books on leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and personal responsibility—not for inspiration alone, but for application.

This role is best suited for someone who values reliability, personal accountability, and continuous improvement, even when working independently.
