Schedule: 2:00–10:00 PM or 3:00–11:00 PM
Compensation: 2,000–2,700 BAM per month + performance-based commissions

What You’ll Do

As a Freight Broker at BHX Logistics, you are the connector—the person who keeps freight moving, relationships strong, and problems solved before they escalate. You operate at the intersection of speed, precision, and trust, balancing the needs of U.S.-based shippers with reliable carrier capacity across North America.

You’ll spend your day quoting freight, managing shipments, and building long-term relationships on both sides of the supply chain. Shippers rely on you for consistency and execution. Carriers rely on you for fairness, clarity, and dependable business. Every call you make, every rate you quote, and every decision you take directly impacts revenue, reputation, and long-term growth.

This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys competition, takes ownership of outcomes, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.


Responsibilities

  • Quote & Sell Freight: Respond quickly to customer inquiries, price freight competitively, and secure loads with confidence

  • Build Customer Relationships: Develop trust and consistency with shippers through proactive communication and reliable execution

  • Vet & Qualify Carriers: Ensure all carriers meet BHX’s safety, reliability, and service standards

  • Negotiate Rates: Balance customer expectations and carrier costs to create win–win outcomes while protecting margins

  • Monitor Shipments: Track loads from pickup to delivery, proactively resolving issues and updating stakeholders

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with dispatch, customer care, and leadership to ensure operational excellence

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1+ level) with clear, confident communication

  • Sales mindset with comfort around targets, negotiation, and performance pressure

  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers and carriers

  • Calm, solution-oriented approach when challenges arise

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Resilient, proactive, and accountable work ethic
