Schedule: 2:00–10:00 PM or 3:00–11:00 PM
Compensation: 1,800–2,300 BAM per month (with clear performance-based progression)

What You’ll Do

This is a hybrid role—part salesperson, part investigator, part operator.

You will recruit owner-operators (independent cargo van drivers) for BHX Logistics, our U.S.-based client, and play a critical role in building a high-quality fleet. These drivers are not employees—they are business owners choosing who to trust with their livelihood. Your job is to make sure they choose us—and that we choose the right ones.

This role directly impacts company reputation, operational stability, and long-term growth.

Here’s the reality of the role:

  • 40% — Sales & Persuasion:
    You are selling a vision. You’ll communicate the opportunity, professionalism, and integrity that set BHX apart. You’ll use energy, clarity, and persuasion to attract strong drivers in a competitive market—without overselling or compromising standards.

  • 40% — Evaluation & Judgment:
    Not every applicant is the right fit. You’ll ask the right questions, listen closely, read between the lines, and filter out drivers who cut corners, make excuses, or don’t align with our standards. Your judgment protects the company.

  • 20% — Operations & Follow-Through:
    You’ll manage documentation, onboarding steps, logo shipments, and pipeline tracking. Strong organization ensures drivers are approved efficiently and onboarded correctly.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys influencing outcomes, making judgment calls, and taking ownership of results.


Responsibilities

  • Recruit & Convert: Turn inbound and outbound leads into approved drivers through calls, messages, and consistent follow-ups

  • Evaluate Candidates: Ask probing questions, assess intent and reliability, and make disciplined approval decisions

  • Manage Pipelines: Keep multiple candidates organized, moving, and updated at all times

  • Handle Documentation: Collect, review, and track required paperwork to ensure compliance

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, dispatch, and operations to maintain alignment

  • Uphold Standards: Every driver you approve reflects your ability to balance opportunity with discipline

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1+ level) with confident, natural communication

  • Persuasive communication skills rooted in integrity

  • Strong intuition and judgment when evaluating people

  • Resilience and motivation in the face of rejection or slow progress

  • High level of organization and follow-through

  • Accountability for both wins and misses
