What You’ll Do

This is a hybrid role — part salesperson, part detective, part operator. You’ll recruit owner-operators (independent cargo van drivers) for BHX Logistics, our U.S.-based client, and play a key part in building their fleet. These drivers aren’t employees — they’re business owners choosing who to trust with their livelihood. Your job is to make sure they choose us — and that we choose the right ones.

Here’s the reality of the role:

40% — Salesperson: You’re selling a vision. You’ll get drivers excited about joining BHX by showing them the opportunities, professionalism, and integrity that set us apart. You’ll use persuasion, energy, and clarity to win over top drivers in a competitive market.

40% — Detective: Not every applicant is the real deal. You’ll ask the right questions, read between the lines, and filter out bad apples — drivers who cut corners, make excuses, or don’t live up to BHX’s standards. Your intuition protects the company’s reputation.

20% — Operator: You’ll manage the administrative flow — following up on paperwork, onboarding approved drivers, coordinating logo shipments, and tracking progress through the pipeline. The details you manage directly impact how fast and smoothly we grow.


Responsibilities

  • Recruit & Convert: Turn leads into loyal drivers through calls, messages, and follow-ups.
  • Evaluate Candidates: Ask the right questions, read tone and intent, and identify reliability.
  • Manage Pipelines: Keep multiple leads organized, moving, and updated at all times.
  • Handle Documentation: Collect and review required paperwork to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Coordinate with marketing, dispatch, and operations to ensure alignment.
  • Own the Standard: Every driver you approve reflects your ability to balance opportunity with discipline.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1+ level): Confident, natural communication with U.S.-based drivers and staff.
  • Persuasive communication: You know how to sell a vision while keeping integrity front and center.
  • Strong intuition: You can sense who’s serious and who’s wasting time.
  • Resilience: You stay motivated and energetic even after rejection or slow progress.
  • Organization: You manage a heavy flow of candidates without losing track.
  • Accountability: You take pride in your results and own both your wins and your misses.
