What You’ll Do

As a Dispatcher, you’ll play a vital role in BHX’s day-to-day logistics operation. You will:

Manage Driver Schedules: Coordinate routes and ensure drivers are dispatched in a timely and efficient manner.
Book Loads: Use load boards and internal tools to find profitable freight opportunities.
Negotiate with Brokers and Shippers: Secure the best possible rates while maintaining relationships.
Monitor Load Progress: Track shipments, resolve delays, and ensure smooth execution from pickup to delivery.
Maintain Communication: Act as the main point of contact between drivers and brokers during the load lifecycle.
Build Carrier and Driver Relationships: Foster trust and reliability within the BHX driver fleet and broker network.
Troubleshoot Issues: React quickly and effectively to problems that may arise during transit.
Maximize Efficiency: Look for cost-saving and time-saving opportunities to benefit the business.
