Dispatcher – Royal Blue Services / BHX Logistics

Location: Sarajevo (In-Office, Bosnia and Herzegovina)
Schedule: 2:00–10:00 PM or 3:00–11:00 PM
Compensation: 2,000–2,700 BAM per month
Start Date: ASAP


What You’ll Do

This is a strategic, relationship-driven role. As a Dispatcher, you are the bridge between BHX’s operations and the drivers who keep freight moving. Your success depends on your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and help each driver reach their goals—while maintaining strong operational standards.

You will manage an assigned group of drivers by understanding their earnings goals, preferences, and real-life constraints. Some drivers need to be home by the weekend; others want to maximize miles and income. Your role is to help balance those needs through thoughtful planning, clear communication, and ongoing guidance.

This means:

  • Having honest, direct conversations

  • Setting and reinforcing clear expectations

  • Providing tough feedback when necessary

You will help drivers adjust their dispatch preferences so loads align with their goals—while still ensuring company profitability and consistency.

This is not a load-booking role. Our internal platform handles bidding automatically. You operate like a strategist: monitoring outcomes, guiding your fleet, and making real-time adjustments.

When brokers respond with offers, you’ll use logic, tact, and influence to close the right deal—whether that means persuading a broker to choose us or helping a driver understand why a load makes sense.

Great dispatchers don’t hide behind screens. They lead from the front, manage emotions under pressure, and make sure drivers aren’t just moving freight—but moving forward.


Responsibilities

  • Manage shipments from booking through delivery

  • Build trust, accountability, and consistency with assigned drivers

  • Coach drivers on earnings goals, preferences, and long-term success

  • Communicate confidently with brokers and drivers

  • Resolve delays, breakdowns, and unexpected issues calmly and effectively

  • Monitor performance and continuously adjust strategy

  • Fluent English (C1+ level)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
