Overview

We are hiring a creative and results-driven Digital Content & Marketing Specialist based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. This role is ideal for someone who can manage social media, create both video and graphic content, and contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of turning ideas into engaging digital content that supports brand growth and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others
Create engaging graphic and video content for social media, advertisements, and brand materials
Manage day-to-day social media presence, including scheduling posts, community engagement, and reputation management
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints
Monitor and analyze campaign performance across platforms using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.
Provide insights, reports, and actionable recommendations based on campaign data to optimize performance and reach KPIs
Stay up-to-date on digital trends, tools, platform algorithms, and emerging content formats

Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design and video editing
Proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, CapCut, or similar
Experience managing social media accounts, content calendars, and campaign workflows
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including paid ads, organic engagement, and influencer collaborations
Solid experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or other platform-specific dashboards
Strong English writing and communication skills, including copywriting and audience targeting
Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid advertising platforms
Knowledge of SEO and content strategy
Motion graphics or animation experience

Location

Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina (Remote work possible, but candidate must be based in Sarajevo)

Pay

Negotiable, based on experience and skill level

12:00 – 20:00 Central European Time
