About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to take full ownership of our advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Your mission: maximize ROI, scale ad spend profitably, and ensure every campaign delivers measurable results.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta campaigns end-to-end
- Track KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) daily and make data-driven adjustments
- Manage budgets strategically, scaling winning campaigns while cutting waste
- Conduct audience research to improve targeting and reduce acquisition costs
- Provide clear weekly reports with actionable insights
- Stay up-to-date with algorithm changes and new ad features
What You Bring
Must-Haves
- Proven track record managing $10K+ monthly ad spend with strong ROAS
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Business Manager
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent reporting skills
- Fluent in English (for ad copy reviews + reporting)
- Highly independent and detail-oriented
Nice-to-Haves
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications
- Experience with attribution models, UTM tracking, and conversion funnels
- Familiarity with other ad platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok)
