What You’ll Do
This is a fast-paced role — you’re the point of contact between our drivers, customers, and logistics partners, balancing multiple priorities at once. You’ll juggle calls, messages, and updates in real time, ensuring shipments stay on track and every customer interaction reflects professionalism and care.
Here’s the reality of the shift:
40% — Managing communication: answering calls, resolving questions, and providing updates.
40% — Coordinating operations: tracking shipments, assisting drivers, and keeping customers informed.
20% — Handling pressure: calming upset callers, fixing problems, and restoring order when things go wrong.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Communication: Handle calls, messages, and emails from customers and drivers quickly and accurately.
 - Assist Drivers: Provide pickup details, help with delivery issues, and ensure drivers have the information they need.
 - Support Customers: Deliver updates, manage expectations, and handle concerns with professionalism.
 - Solve Problems: Take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution.
 - Stay Organized: Keep systems updated and ensure shipment details are entered correctly.
 - Deliver Service Excellence: Maintain calm, clarity, and a positive tone — even under pressure.
