What Youâll Do
As a Freight Broker, youâll play a key role in supporting BHX Logistics and driving their success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

 Responding to Quote Requests: Deliver accurate, competitive shipping quotes tailored to customer needs.

 Finding Freight Opportunities: Use load boards and other tools to identify profitable loads for booking.

 Brokering Freight: Connect clients with reliable carriers, ensuring smooth execution and maximizing profitability.

 Building Carrier Networks: Develop relationships with trusted carriers who consistently deliver high-quality service.

 Negotiating Rates: Secure the best pricing for both clients and carriers while maintaining trust and transparency.

Compensation
đ°Â Base Salary:Â 1,500 BAM per month.
đŒÂ Commission: 3% of the gross profit on each load (calculated as the amount the customer pays for the load minus the amount paid to the carrier).
Your earning potential grows as you do:

 Starting Monthly Earnings: Approximately 2,100 BAM (base + commission).

 1-Year Projection: Around 3,000 BAM/month.

 2-Year Projection: Around 4,000 BAM/month or more.
