What You’ll Do
You’re the connector — the one who keeps freight moving, relationships growing, and problems solved before anyone else even sees them coming. As a Freight Broker for BHX Logistics, you’ll operate at the intersection of speed, precision, and trust — balancing the needs of American shippers with the capacity of reliable carriers across North America.
You’ll spend your days quoting loads, managing shipments, and building meaningful relationships on both sides of the supply chain — with shippers who depend on you to deliver, and carriers who rely on you for fair, consistent business. Every call you make, every rate you quote, and every problem you solve directly impacts revenue, reputation, and long-term success.
Responsibilities
Quote & Sell Freight: Respond to customer inquiries quickly, price freight competitively, and secure loads with precision and confidence.
Build Customer Relationships: Develop trust and consistency with shippers through proactive communication and reliable service.
Vet & Qualify Carriers: Ensure every trucking company you work with meets BHX’s strict safety, reliability, and service standards.
Negotiate Rates: Balance customer expectations with carrier costs to create win–win outcomes that protect company margins.
Monitor Shipments: Track freight from pickup to delivery, updating customers and resolving any issues in real time.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with dispatchers, customer service, and leadership to ensure every load is handled with excellence.
